Mary “Mim” Rydingsward State Representative…For a change

I have lived, worked, played, and volunteered in Bristol for more than 35 years. Originally from Southington, my Mom worked in real estate and my Dad had a 37-year career with New Departure Hyatt, through which our family of eight children and two adults experienced the quality of life afforded during the height of manufacturing in the United States. I moved to Bristol in 1989 and raised a son while attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, a Masters in Business Administration, and working for the State in budgeting and finance. During the past 35 years, I have served our community in many ways. Notably, I served two terms as Registrar of Voters and, recently, eight years as President of the Pequabuck River Watershed Association, working with students and community groups to create a healthier Bristol. As a democracy champion, finance manager, and outdoor enthusiast, I will safeguard elections and voting rights, help curb costs, and offer creative, sustainable solutions to problems. Let’s invest in improving the health of our community for now and future generations. Say No to hatred and MAGA and vote Mim for State Representative!
